MembershipNOTE: As of May 2009, there are currently no openings in the Columbus division. We are, however, still accepting applications for the Cleveland and Cincinnati Outposts. To apply for membership in The Ghosts of Ohio, simply print out and complete the application below. When you have completed and signed the application, please mail it to: The Ghosts of Ohio To ensure it gets sorted properly, mark the envelope "RE: Application". Please do not forwarded completed applications to us via e-mail, as we must have the original, signed copy for our files. Once we have reviewed your application, an associate from The Ghosts of Ohio will contact you, via e-mail, regarding the next steps in the application process.
